Patricia Spencer

Patricia Spencer is the heart and soul of Savoir Faire Custom Catering. With a passion for creating memorable culinary experiences, she has built a reputation across Ontario for delivering food that is as personal as it is exquisite.
Based in North Bay, Ontario, Patricia travels across the province to bring her unique brand of custom catering to events of all sizes. From intimate private dinners to grand weddings of over 200 guests, every event receives the same level of care, creativity, and attention to detail.
Our Philosophy
At Savoir Faire, we believe that great food tells a story. Every event has its own personality, and the menu should reflect that. That's why we start every project with a conversation—about your vision, your guests, your memories, and the flavours that matter to you.
We've catered fully vegan weddings for 110 guests, built celebration-of-life menus around a loved one's favourite comfort foods, and designed corporate galas that left boardrooms buzzing. No two menus are ever the same, because no two events are ever the same.
Everything is made from scratch in our kitchen using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. We work with farmers and producers across Northern Ontario to bring the freshest, most flavourful ingredients to your table. Supporting our local community isn't just good business—it's the right thing to do, and you can taste the difference.
