You've hosted the Christmas dinner before. You remember what it was like — waking up at 5 a.m. to start the turkey, missing the first hour of gift-opening because you were basting, and falling asleep at the table before dessert because you've been cooking for twelve hours straight. It doesn't have to be that way.
Private chef service at your home
Our private chef option brings the full Savoir Faire experience into your kitchen. We arrive hours before your guests, set up, cook, plate, serve each course, and clean up before leaving. You spend the day with your family instead of in front of the stove. For a party of eight to twenty, it's one of the best ways to reclaim your own holiday.
Full holiday menus, delivered or on-site
If a private chef isn't the right fit, we can cater a full holiday meal for pickup or delivery — ready to warm, garnish, and serve. Our holiday menus lean on the classics:
- Herb-roasted turkey with house-made stuffing, cranberry-orange relish, and pan gravy
- Honey-glazed ham with spiced oranges and cloves
- Prime rib with horseradish cream and Yorkshire puddings
- Vegetarian wellington with mushroom duxelles and butter-braised leeks
Every menu comes with your choice of sides, a full salad, and dessert. Butter tarts, tourtière, and shortbread are December staples if you want a nod to Canadian traditions.
December books up fast
The first weekend of December and the week between Christmas and New Year's are our busiest stretches of the year. We typically close our December calendar by early November, so if you're thinking about hosting help for this year's holidays, reach out now.
Celebrations of life and end-of-year gatherings
December also brings a quieter kind of catering — memorial services, family gatherings after a loss, and reflective year-end dinners. We handle these with the same care and flexibility, often designing menus around the foods a loved one held dear.
Make the holiday yours again
The whole point of a holiday gathering is being present with the people you love. Let us handle the cooking so you can actually enjoy it.
